This is based off of the fact that there is zero availability. There's one unit available between all the locations. The website worked it has up-to-date information but I can't very well give this a good review if there's no availability for storage.
I had a great experience with black mountain, they were super easy to deal with over text message and I signed up for a mini storage unit online in 10 minutes, and got access right after that. Great service and super convenient.
Easy to sign up and fill out the payment online. They just provided me with the access codes and I turned up with my car and had the storage locker ready for me.
Outstanding customer service - and super conveniently located if your business / home is Downtown. Really liked dealing with these guys.
