I'm so glad I found this place. It was super easy to set up, helped me right away when I needed it and a super smooth move out. It was all done digitally and a fabulous deal considering the usual crazy cost of storage in Vancouver. I would store with them again. I personally used the Commercial Drive location...seemed like a strange set up at first but I grew to love the easy access & convenient location. Cheers!
Excellent experience with Black mountain for storage over the summer between school terms. Such a smart and efficient rental process and excellent communication every step of the way. Facility access is straightforward and secure. We’ll be back again next spring!
I like how I didn't have to interact with anyone to get a unit. Everything is done online , it is not like a traditional storage space but i’d rather support small businesses
Easy to access and automated process. Very easy to use. No weird pricing structures or one time fees. Would book again.
