I recently visited Black Mountain Massage & Wellness for the first time for a massage and it was a wonderful experience! It was easy to book, the communication about what to do when I arrived was very clear, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!
It was my first time ever to have Reiki. I loved it! Amanda explained everything to me a head of starting. Her soothing voice was very comforting. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and noticed when I got home, I was able to easily walk up my steps! Can't wait to schedule another appointment with Amanda
My experience with Rachel’s massage was beyond any massage in my last 20 years! I arrived with 2 acute areas of pain and left with neither!. She asked specific questions and, with extraordinary knowledge of anatomy and physiology, applied pressure to these areas, asking me to perform certain gentle movements. She also incorporated cupping. The areas were released! Additionally, the experience was very relaxing. I can’t recommend Rachel highly enough.
