June 2025 - Once again, Karen and I found a need for a repair for our 2016 F-350 Diesel. We took the vehicle to Black Mountain Diesel in Bedford because we had such a positive experience in 2023 (see below). Tom made time to find and fix the problem. We are very pleased. We needed work on our diesel Ford 250. We were traveling from Florida pulling a 5th wheel. He took care of us. Even recommended a RV park.
Top quality repair!
Tom saved our butts, having broken down on our way from WY to AZ in our camper. He was highly recommended by another shop, (they only worked on big rigs). We've been to many techs in the last year... He's the most knowledgeable, and personable shop owner we've met. We drove into shop/home in the afternoon, sputtering and smoking... And he had it diagnosed in minutes, and fixed the next day. (He agreed to swap our turbo while we were in the area as well.)
