Great experience with Ryan! I was so nervous about getting my nose pierced, but he talked me through the whole process and honestly, it really wasn’t bad at all. I found out afterward that he’s currently doing his apprenticeship, and I never would have known he was a beginner—he was professional, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable. Got my nose pierced today at the Greenbrook location with Dano, had a great experience! Felt super comfy and safe and would gladly go back.
My daughter got a second hole in her earlobe Saturday night. Dano was SO patient with her, she hyped herself up all day, but the anticipation got the best of her, she cried and almost backed out. Dano talked her thru the piercing and explained thoroughly what he was going to do. He asked her if she wanted a 3, 2 1 or just to go for it. She picked for him to go for it. She was so nervous & he talked to her the entire time and just kept it calm. 10/10
Took my 2 year old to Black Moon to get her ears pierced for the first time. So glad I chose to take her here to a professional. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Matt our piercer was so patient and amazing with her the entire time she was in the shop. 10/10 will be back in the future
