I previously had been using Tynans Kirrawee for the servicing of my 2023 Mitsubishi Triton.  I was never satisfied with their service or care.  I went to Suttons at Arncliffe to try elsewhere.  My experience was far better than Tynans.  The communication, service and care was significantly better.  A special thanks to Nick and Helder I’ll definitely be back and will spreading the word.  George

I’ve been waiting for two months for a Saturday morning service at Blue Ribbon, as that’s the only time I’m available. I’ve always preferred to have my car serviced at the dealership where I purchased it to support them, and I’ve always had Saturday morning appointments in the past. This is a Remserv vehicle, which was clearly noted during both the booking and drop-off with Blue Ribbon. Big punchy sales pitch before I paid, but once the money cleared they stopped caring. Promised a full tank of fuel and never delivered. The car is already due for a service, minimal rego, Reached out by email to give them a chance to make it right — no acknowledgment at all. Zero follow-through, zero customer care. If this is how they operate after the sale, I wouldn’t recommend Morley Mitsubishi to anyone.

I was lucky enough to have Jade help me look at a car I was interested in, I cant recommend Jade's service enough. I usually avoid Car Yards as the sales teams can be quite pushy, intimidating and once you decline a car can cut you off quite quickly without other solutions. But jade made this such a relaxed experience, can highly recommend Jade to help you find a car,

I bought a Kia Rio 2022 model used car about 3 weeks ago from this dealership (Morely Mitsubishi) for my daughter. We paid the driveway price of $24K, but because we wanted cruise control installed, we were told to come back in 2 weeks time because they would have the kia dealer to install cruiser control on it.
