We’d been out of power since the early hours after a storm knocked a tree into the line and broke it. Black & McDonald came in with huge crews and equipment and handled what looked like a massive project with incredible speed and professionalism. From cranes to a brand-new electric pole and wiring, the linemen worked with skill, organization, and efficiency. It is really annoying how they are parked the last two days. These two big trucks and a trailer are parked at the crest of hill, I'm sure they are properly marked and all but, instead of having a guy just sitting on a machine playing on his phone in some guy's back yard... instead have him play in his phone with a stop sigh. Directing traffic. Its not too busy a street but still.

This company broke a pipe on our property and then denied they did it. We have proof and now this resulted in a loss of over 1,600. This company lacks integrity.

We had a terrible experience with Black & McDonald. Their crew damaged a water line on our property, and despite clear evidence, they refused to take responsibility or cover the cost of repairs. Extremely poor communication, zero accountability, and no regard for the disruption they caused. We expected better from a company of this size. Would not recommend.
