Our operations at CGC Inc Oakville Plant use Black/Mac for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical services. Their process right from call-in to completion is always polite, knowledgable and safety oriented. We needed a plumbing fix this week. Kyle H took my call, noted that Joe Z was nearby, he stopped in to see what was needed and returned with Jason K next day to complete the work. Level of service is always top notch.
