Brought my daughter here on her birthday for a navel piercing. The girl at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. Whitney did her piercing. She was so nice and informative through the process - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely made me feel like my daughter was is good hands! Truly amazing staff and a cool clean vibe! Thank you!!! 🙏🏻
Whitney and the whole team at BMP are so knowledgeable and professional and have a way of making you feel as ease and relaxed. The parking is easy and the location is nice and centrally located. I have had Whitney do all of my ear and facial piercings and the atmosphere and the quality of jewelry is truly unmatched. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and you shouldn’t either.
I got my belly button pierced here and have had no complaints and highly recommend Black Maple. From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly, it was very clean, and had a professional setting. I haven’t had any problems whatsoever with my piercing and will definitely be back for my next piercing!

I took my daughter in this evening. Her earring backs weren't budging and we were getting getting frantic because we just couldn't get them out no matter what we tried. We were relieved to get an appointment quickly and even more so when we arrived. The women at Black Maple were incredibly welcoming and kind and promptly removed my daughters very stuck earrings.
