Do not hire The Black Magician. They were hired to reseal and patch our driveway, and the results were horrible. They sprayed the tar/sealant product all over the front of our shop, (half way up!) resulting in permanent staining, and having to get the entire front repainted. When asked why they didn’t use plastic or some type of barrier to protect the shop during spraying, Alex laughed and said “I guess we just didn’t feel the need to”. Alex was very friendly. He kept in touch to inform of the situation when his man was not able to be at the job at set time. His team completed the asphalt sealant at my parent's place. They are very happy with the service.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this contractor. They sealed our asphalt driveway and did a poor job and didn't complete the job as discussed. I paid the contractor and they said they would be back in a couple days to complete the parts of the job that they were not able to that day as well as to agreed flaws in the work completed. They were paid up front but never returned to complete the work. Made several calls to try get issues resolved. Only received lots of empty promises, but they never returned to finish their... read more
