Spectacular service!!!! We broke down on our way home (15 hours away) and they had our truck fixed and back on the road within a couple of hours!
Brought our vehicle in to get a few things diagnosed. They did the work over two days and called to say we owe them $1400. Never called us with a quote or get the work approved. While the price was fair, we should have been given a quote before hand. Luckily we were able to pay it, I would have hated to see what would have happened if we couldn’t have afforded the bill.
If you’re tired of your current shop because of poor communication, attitudes, service overall, look no further. Finally a shop that understands and appreciates customers! You get what you pay for. This isn’t the cheapest shop in the world, but if you want a great experience and excellent quality work, look no further. Update: 2 years later and still using these guys. Still doing great work! Have had quite a bit of work done on my Cummins recently and couldn’t be happier with them. These guys are awesome! Saved my butt twice now and made sure I was able to get my trips done and on time. Happy with the work and price. Also liked that they called me and went over options before just spending money. Best mechanic experience EVER! We were traveling from Utah to Maine when our truck was giving us some fuel issues. I called the night before and Dalton attempted to help me other the phone but the check engine light stayed on. So they squeezed us in the very next morning!! The crew tried the cheaper part first.
