Got a really great lash lift! Service was great!
From the moment I arrived, the entire team was warm and welcoming. LeAnn did a wonderful job tinting my eyelashes—they look flawless and natural! She was highly knowledgeable about the additional services offered at Black Lotus and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and care, that I’ve already scheduled another appointment for a different service.

Jaiha & Jessica are genuinely good people. I actually own a med spa as well, but recently sent a patient to them for tattoo removal since we don’t have that yet. They took fantastic care of her & her tattoo is significantly lighter-almost gone- after one treatment with them. Previous treatments were done at another spa & it just wasn’t working. I am so grateful to be able to collaborate with strong nurses who care about their patients the way Jaiha & Jessica do. 10/10
I had an amazing experience! From booking my appointment all the way through follow up care the day after, everything was seamless. Jaiha does a phenomenal job of listening to your concerns and explaining realistic goals. The treatment is individualized and there isn’t a feeling of being rushed throughout treatment. I highly recommend Black Lotus!
