Was told back in May they need to order a part for the fan in my propane heater to be fixed. Its now September, I had to contact them to see if the part came in yet. They come out 3 days after making contact and try to replace the thermostat for my electric heater. They told me they have to order the part for the fan for the propane heater. Sounds familiar.... Adis from Black Lion Electric has been out to our house twice, and both times did very impressive and professional work. Usually electricians don't do finishing work, and it's not uncommon to have cleanup work left as the homeowner. Adis' work was very tidy, he patched and filled all holes, he cleaned all materials, and he even re-labeled the breakers in the box.
I initially booked a meeting with this company and the electrician didn't show up. I called, they said they had accidentally scheduled the appointment for 10pm. We rescheduled a few days later. I had a very nice experience with the electrician, we did a walkthrough of the issues I was looking at having worked on, we chatted and he was very professional. We are now 2 weeks past the date and I have received no quote for the work to be done when he had informed me I would have in at the latest by the weekend (within 4 days).
