Cant judge just one review. Tim Walker is the one to deal with, his ancestors are long time in the lake area, Always seemed straight in making deals.wiht knowledge ot twin lakes property history.
We had a horrible experience. They did not want to show us houses not listed with Larry Black. They were not dependable or helpful in the least. They received commission on our buy but did not deserve a cent since we did all the work. Do NOT use this group (especially Carrie and Troy) Trust Me find another realtor.

Had realtor that was trying to play both sides. He was really more concerned with selling the house than what we wanted.
Our experience with Larry Black Realtors could not have been better. The realtor had lived in the area for many years and was a great source of information. She knew our limitations and respected them---no pressure to look above our means or make a fast decision. We decided to postpone our retirement but cant imagine working with anyone else when were ready.
