William is great to work with, he always kept us in the loop with where we were in the process and helped us successfully sell our home.
Dawson Ash is very unprofessional, he doesn't respond to messages, he doesn't return calls, felt like we had to baby sit him to get the most basic task of getting a for sale sign in the yard, contract signed 4/28/25 as of 6/22/25 there is still no for sale sign in the yard.

My daughter bought house from this realtor we were waiting outside while she was signing the papers Brandi Rice the realtor parks storms up to me mind you I'm elderly we have trailer clearly waiting to move in, never have i met such a rude aggressive woman as Brandi Rice, was it the color of my skin in a nice a gated community. In my opinion Brandi has no buisness selling houses or dealing with the public, she did apologize ill give her that but after the way she acted she can keep her apology, hope she sees this and thinks ... read more
