Dawson Ash is very unprofessional, he doesn't respond to messages, he doesn't return calls, felt like we had to baby sit him to get the most basic task of getting a for sale sign in the yard, contract signed 4/28/25 as of 6/22/25 there is still no for sale sign in the yard.
From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Carlton Robinson with Black Label Realty was professional. My daughter bought house from this realtor we were waiting outside while she was signing the papers Brandi Rice the realtor parks storms up to me mind you I'm elderly we have trailer clearly waiting to move in, never have i met such a rude aggressive woman as Brandi Rice, was it the color of my skin in a nice a gated community. As a first time homebuyer, I wished I used a different realtor and never had to experience what I'm experiencing now. Definitely did not look out for me. I needed help knowing what a house needs and I do not believe I was being supported in such a way. New home owners need experienced professionals and I know that's not what I got.
