Black Label Marine Group is awesome! Everyone there so friendly and helpful. I first went there with my wife just to look at a boat that they had posted on line. I told them I was just looking, not buying that day. They were not pushy at all. They understood my situation and Answered all my questions. They treated us like family not customers. My son and I picked up our new Caymas CX 19 yesterday and could not be more pleased with the experience we had with the Team at Black Label Marine. We live in IL and came down to pick up the Caymas after a tournament on Kentucky Lake. A lot of coordination had to take place to make a seamless transaction and Keith orchestrated a symphony!! I truly had an enjoyable buying experience with Black Label. The whole team from Keith in sales, the service dept., all the way to detailing were down to earth and pleasant to work with. Keith was especially helpful and went above and beyond even on the older used boat that I purchased. I feel like I have a friend in the marine business now thanks to Keith Reece.
Too many good things to say, first and foremost I had to travel about 2 hrs for about a 1hr issue to be done because there were some disclosed issues with the local BLM shop. Keith at the service department was awesome and was very helpful with my issue and was very understanding about the issue and made the experience so much better. Madi.. she is very knowledgeable worker who I would Trust working on my outboard anytime. We purchased a boat from Black Label Marine and we have been treated amazingly. They fixed our warranty for us, they fixed a couple little things on the boat and they got us an appointment in right away to make sure our boat and accessories were working like fine wine for our Key West trip coming up. Our SeaFox 228 Commander is everything we have wanted for our family of 4. We have power poles, upgraded screens, and trolling motor. I would recommend this company and their general manager is top notch.
