My son and I picked up our new Caymas CX 19 yesterday and could not be more pleased with the experience we had with the Team at Black Label Marine. We purchased a boat from Black Label Marine and we have been treated amazingly. They fixed our warranty for us, they fixed a couple little things on the boat and they got us an appointment in right away to make sure our boat and accessories were working like fine wine for our Key West trip coming up. Our SeaFox 228 Commander is everything we have wanted for our family of 4. We have power poles, upgraded screens, and trolling motor. I would recommend this company and their general manager is top notch.
So often people just post negativity about their boat service. Well I want to do the opposite… we bought our new 2024 sea Fox 288 Commander last year from Black Label Marine in Ocala. This dealership has been STELLAR!! We have dealt with Jerimiah & Madi. We have taken the boat back for its service maintenance, we also had some miner warranty work that needed to be done.
