I have an older hot tub that was not working right. They came and repaired but it didn't quite fix it right. they then returned did some research and retrofitted a part to work. Always with a positive attitude and a smile on their face.

Hired them to move a hot tub, was told it would be done with with no follow through after almost 2 weeks, ended up having to do it myself in below freezing temperatures. Not the best company to do business with in my opinion.
