Could not speak more highly of the team at Black Jack Trailer Jack Had an issue with one of the switches, contacted them and Tyson came back to me with in the hour and had a new switch on its way under warranty, terrific support and service plus a great product.
Trailer jack is great but the lock they sold me with it doesn’t fit the trailer jack mounting bracket as it’s a 12mm bolt trying to fit into a 10mm hole despite them assuring me it’s the only lock to use! As our caravan is stored off site 30mins away from home I needed to make sure it was secured to the caravan Then they said I could modify it or send it back to them at my time and freight cost for a refund! Black Jack Mini a great product and great helpful company to deal with.
My Black Jack had a minor mechanical failure thru fair wear and tear. These things happen. I reached out to BlackJack - Tyson who not only had the replacement part I needed, but happily shared tech advice to get me going. Highly rate the Black Jack jacks.
