Absolutely disgusting phone service, rude and arrogant, super unhelpful and seems to me they are always booked out even tho no works getting done.
Constantly nothing short of an absolute nightmare when dealing with the service and warranty department. Bookings dates are never reasonable time wise. Our warranty claim took over 4 months to get the parts in which seemed to have been forgotten about. Then trying to book in our car to be repaired under warranty was another headache. Our front tyres are pretty questionable to still only to be offered a booking date over a month away after waiting over 4 months for the whole claim process. Great service from Tom in used cars. Tom made purchasing a second hand MUX a great experience. Unfortunately 3 weeks after we purchased the MUX it had an engine issue. Tom was great to us with lending us a courtesy car while the MUX was in getting repaired. Thanks again Tom for all your help with us buying the MUX. I'd recommend going to see Tom for a used car at Blacks😉😉
