It's ok bought a new X Terrain in 2024 thought I'd drop in and look at a 2nd hand 2022 Mux service in the car sales is non existent you really have to go looking . I guess as long as the money is in there account they don't want to know you very disappointed. But if I have to go to Brisbane to get a deal so be it.
Went there Saturday morning. Pretty much was a ghost town. Wanted to look at a new MUX. All the ones inside were sold and locked. Struggled to find an open one. Eventually got pointed on the right direction. Asked the "salesperson " (I use this lightly as the girl really didn't have a clue). Got to take it on a drive though, that's why they got the 2nd star. When we went back, no one around Left the keys with the spare parts guys and left. To bad if we wanted to get a price or God forbid, actually buy one.
Have taken our MUX here a few times, driving 4 hours from rural NSW. Toowoomba isuzu have been very flexible with fitting us in for a few warranty issues and extremely friendly. Will continue to come here!
Very disappointing experience when purchasing my new MUX. Then, when the vehicle went back for the 3000km inspection, it was an absolute circus. I requested to be called by the management team to discuss the way I was treated. Over two months later, I'm still waiting. This is my second new Isuzu. I bought my first Dmax from a different dealer back in 2013 and it's still going strong. Absolutely great vehicle. Both vehicles have been great, but Black Isuzu Ute is starting to leave a sour taste.
Black izuzu Dalby service reps are arrogant and idiots along with their service men ,one tried to put the trailer plug into its socket useless my wife had to show him no joke, as for customer service they have none
