Fast troubleshooting and repair! A bedroom outlet stopped working completely. He diagnosed a loose junction box connection behind the drywall, fixed it efficiently, and restored power safely. Fair pricing, great communication, and very courteous demeanor. Very happy with the service provided
The electrician installed the outlets and switches efficiently and cleaned up the area thoroughly, but I did have to remind him about moving a piece of furniture back into place afterward. Overall, the job was completed in about two hours, which included a brief consultation to confirm our preferences for switch placements.
The electrician gave a fair price for the service, and after receiving permission from building management to enter, fixed the outlet and switch in about an hour. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and found a wiring issue. He quickly fixed the issue and improved the function a lot better than the other guy had been doing.
I am very satisfied with the electrician’s work. He was professional, careful, and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed quickly, and he explained everything clearly. Excellent customer service throughout.
I thought it would be a simple fuse change when the electrician came and that’s exactly what it turned out to be. He quickly changed the bad fuse in about 30 minutes. This appointment went better than last year’s visit which required a second visit owing to other problems.
