Everyone that works at black horse are the nicest people I have ever had the chance to serve me amazing food an never wait more then a few min for a drink music is always playing an just a great place to come an have a meal or relax an have a drink. Thank you to the management for running a well established organization for us Middletown residents.
This was our first time eating here and oh my goodness my family fell in love with the food. We had such a great server. Dave was truly amazing very nice and patient with us. Fried pickles were out of this world. I had the chicken fajitas and boy they were mouth watering. Thank you guys for being amazing and we are sure to come back again soon.
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with family in private room to celebrate firstborns college graduation. The food was terrific, the care was superb, and atmosphere was top quality, comfortable and relaxing. Small town charm with an everyone knows your name settling really blessed our evening and we couldn't have asked for a better place with better people to share in our joy and celebrate our son and his accomplishment. Thanks so much Black Horse!

I have visited the Black Horse in Middletown twice in the past 3 months when I'm in town visiting family! The prices are great and the food is delicious!! The mushroom and onion burger hits the spot!! The seafood combo was so good too!! Tried the new fried cheese cubes and they were almost as good as the farm show!! Both times I have been there Linny took care of me and my family, first on the bar and second time she was serving. Super nice,informative, and gave great service!
