Typically this is a good vape shop, however Cody has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in a vape shop. Will not do biz in this shop if he is working. Ghetto is top notch when it comes to customer service always a great guy to deal with!

Very helpful and friendly! This will become my place to go, I was worried about finding a good shop since I'm used to mine in California and my fiance a former smoker decided to start vaping. They helped us with all of our vape needs!
Went in the other Day looking for a new glass for a Cleto. Cody told me they didn't have them so I bought a new tank still the Cleto. Went in last Night Getto was working noticed my tank and told me they have replacement glass for them and have had for the last month thanks Cody you suck. Good thing I don't hold it against the store to have one bad employee.
Black hills vapors is the bees knees. You know it, I know it and your mom knows it.
Prices are alright and customer service is also alright. The downtown shop is the only store worth visiting when it comes down to customer service. 3 stars because it's really one of the only vape shops in Rapid, 510 and Down Ohm are my go to shops in Rapid.
