We made an appointment and took our Winnebago tour in for service, Jimmy and staff had the best service and prices that we have received from any truck service center in the U.S. thanks Black Hills Truck & Trailer, we will be back as often as we can for service for our RV.

I made an appointment because they were a “VOLVO” dealer. I had an air leak and an ECU light on. They quickly said not an issue and to bring it in. That was the good part. I left it for a few days and they said they were diagnosing the problem. A couple days later they told me I needed a new wiring harness and an extension and it could be up to 6 months or longer. We travel all over the US and have been to several Volvo shops. They have all helped us get back on the road in some capacity. This is the first shop where I feel like we received exemplary service. Our bill was not cheap (never is with a Volvo) but the mechanics (Cedric & Martin) gave us a clear and concise explanation of what they intended to do. They are currently working on my truck that caught fire. The people there are very nice and trying to get things done asap but insurance adjusters are slowing the process.

We would have to agree with another poster that this Volvo service shop has exceeded our expectations! It was not a cheap bill but I think we were “aware” that Volvo’s are “high maintenance.” We can’t say enough about the Service Manager Jim and Volvo Tech Cedric! They worked long hours and stayed later than service hours to complete the job in order for us to travel home (13 hours). Kuddos to Jim and his customer service abilities.
