Had to replace a radiator in our truck, awesome part is they got it right into shop, they said it would take about 8-10 hours to complete, I decided to wait for it to be done, the tech was awesome and got it done in about 4-5 hours, however I was billed for 8 hours due to " that what we bill on these jobs" so I had to pay for hours that they never worked on it, also seems like every year they have new service writer and or manager, I will not be coming back as they charged me for hours worked they didn't work, they are not h... read more

Drove about 60 miles to get to them at 5 in the morning on batteries. My Paccar powered Pete needed an alternator. Sold me a new alternator. Swapped pulleys for me, loaned me a jump pack and sent me on my way. Thanks guys.
I made an appointment because they were a “VOLVO” dealer. I had an air leak and an ECU light on. They quickly said not an issue and to bring it in. That was the good part. I left it for a few days and they said they were diagnosing the problem. A couple days later they told me I needed a new wiring harness and an extension and it could be up to 6 months or longer. They are currently working on my truck that caught fire. The people there are very nice and trying to get things done asap but insurance adjusters are slowing the process.
