This was one of the best auto repair experiences I've ever had. I needed four tires fast. They got them in overnight and got me out of the shop in less than an hour. The place is spotless. The people at the desk were smart, helpful, friendly and there was no pressure to buy anything. Rapid City is fortunate to have this place.
BHT, they are amazing!!! We were traveling and our diesel truck broke down in Custer. I called and Teniese recommended a tow company and they were willing to take in our truck on a Friday. Seth was great and got us taken care of on Monday!!! He even stayed late so we could pick up the truck and head home to Utah. We are so grateful for BHT and will highly recommend them.
They are amazing! Very honest, don’t try to upsell things and give you real answers. I took my car there for a major issue, they tried the simple approaches first so they aren’t “spending unneeded money” and ultimately gave me the best repair possible with the least amount of cost. Absolutely trust them!
