Zero stars! Really! The owner just showed up at my residence without a scheduled appointment, ready to install an awning which I did not order. I simply requested an estimate. When I told him I was not purchasing the awning, and had never agreed to it, he threatened to sue me for an an awning which was never installed. Wow. I was intimidated and threatened on my own doorstep. Very unprofessional.

In an email dated June 5, you wrote the following, "Mr. ******, I like this exact awning for my front window (of course it will not be in three pieces) Do you think its possible for the same price of $902? If so, then we have a deal and I'd like to set up a time for installation. Thanks" That is the last communication we received from you and the awning was built based on this correspondence.
