The office would not submit my claim to both my insurances because they said it wouldn't be covered in advance. They claimed they submitted to one insurance company, so I asked for the correspondence, but they never provided it. First visited for TMJ problems and pain and was meet by the nicest staff I have ever had the chance of meeting. During my appointment I feel that all my concerns were heard and same day I got a treatment plan and scan to begin my jaw healing journey. I highly recommend to book the appointment if you suffer from jaw or sleep issues.

Dr. Criss and Shawn have quite literally changed my life. I have struggled with TMJ issues for years and these two have gone above and beyond for me. I was in pain all day, everyday. They truly listen, let me ask questions and will do whatever they can to help. Shawn is absolutely the sweetest person on the planet. If you have TMJ issues these two will not give up to find a solution to the problem. I can not recommend them enough!

Dr Criss and Shawn have taken amazing care of me. They don’t work to just treat your symptoms, they work to find solutions to your problems. They understand that every patient is unique, and they work to create an individualized plan for you. They are always willing to adjust my TMJ appliances, and appointments are made quickly. In a couple of months, my jaw has gone from years of pain to pain free. I cannot thank Dr. Criss and Shawn enough for their knowledge, kindness, and patience.
