Set me up with a wack job therapist who ghosted me out of nowhere and has since been arrested following a high speed police chase and assaulting an officer. Prior to that, had me see one of their quack doctors who decided based on a vague ten question sheet to prescribe me serious mood stabilizers I did NOT need, when I was only there to be treated for ADHD. Great friendly staff, providers are professional and explained and answered all our questions.
Horrible place to go to for a diagnosis. They had so much wrong on their paperwork, including simple things like if the patient smokes! Then they go and charge you several times what they said they would! Very unprofessional establishment. I heard such great things about them so I didn't read the reviews, but seriously if you are considering this place, go somewhere else! I was belittled, disrespected, and lied about on the paperwork, and for my trouble, a $90 appointment after insurance (i verified before going) is costing ... read more
We have gone here multiple times and the “diagnoses” and treatment plans are ridiculous. We have had such a hard time having to pay out of pocket just to go see other facilities. The doctors we have now talked to don’t understand how incompetent they are at Black Hills Psych. If you get referred here or are seeking help, do your very best to go somewhere else. Very poor staff and very little help. It’s sad to think this is what our town has to offer.
