As several others have commented within their own reviews, I too would leave a rating of zero if possible. No one answers the phone, messages left everyday for over a week but no one returns calls, when you do reach someone on the rare occasion, he tells you that he cannot assist you (not even to schedule an appointment), requests sent directly from the pharmacy for prescription refills go unanswered; therefore, leaving you without needed prescriptions.
