We live out of state and needed a home inspector for Rapid City. We found Black Hills online and are glad we did. Before we hired him my husband talked to him on the phone and felt he was qualified. I then needed to confirm things so I private messaged three people from his facebook reviews. They all responded the same day and confirmed they were happy with him. I had Brad do a commercial building inspection for me Last month. It was the most detailed report I've ever received on a building inspection.
