Ron was very experienced. He came out to my elderly aunts house on a short notice, was very diligent in finding leaks for her water pipes, and was very fair in price. My aunt was very pleased and had nothing but compliments for Ron. Ron is a highly recommended plumber!

Terrible Experience with Black Hills Plumbing and Heating Services I had a really disappointing and alarming experience with Black Hills Plumbing and Heating Services. Ron came out to fix my furnace, claiming to have identified the issue. He told me that my furnace was fine and that all I needed was a replacement motherboard. He ordered the part from out of province, priced it at $1000, and added labor charges. After replacing the motherboard, the furnace stopped working the very next day.
