We took a used pontoon in to BHO for an inspection and to make sure it was waterworthy. They caught a couple of mission-critical items that helped us negotiate a better price on the deal. Then they also fixed those items for a reasonable price so we could get out on the water. Jessie was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process; we'll definitely be going back to BHO in the future.
From start to finish these guys are amazing! Not only did I get a smoking good deal on a brand new boat, the way they run their business is phenomenal!! I drove 5 hours to buy this boat, drove back home and ended up having a factory defect so I decided to try and call them well after buissness hours, sure enough they picked up and were ready to send someone on a 5 hour trip to come fix the boat. It was a simple fix but the fact that they were so eager to help shows integrity! Mike and Jessie are awesome!
Mike treated us like family and made our new boat purchase an incredible experience! Real people selling great products with no sappy fluff or slick tactics like some of the other places in town, these guys are straight shooters and they did a great job! I totally recommend BHO
Terrible Customer service. They winterized a Mastercraft boat I purchased so I went in to ask a few questions and asked for a invoice of service provided. The invoice states to pull and store batteries They didn't. Both Batteries were bad because they sat in the boat all winter $750. Then to come find out they didn't winterize the boat correctly and needed a new oil cooler and heater $2,800 Beware of this place
I had my boat serviced with them a week or so ago. The did a great job fixing my issue and then doing some tune up work on it. Good communication and reasonable. Thank you very much!
