I had a root canal 7/28. It was in a back tooth on top. I was EXTREMELY nervous. The entire staff was very professional and kind. The dentist came in and was informative, explained the procedure, and completed it quickly without pain. I have had barely any soreness or pain since numbing has worn off. I am very pleasantly surprised that getting a root canal was one of the better experiences I’ve had as far as dental visits. I was more comfortable than when I’ve had fillings done in the past. I can’t say enough about how professional and competent these gentlemen are at what they do. They are compassionate and responsive when there are patients who are struggling and suffering with dental pain. I’ve had personal experience being treated there, and they are top-notch. We are blessed to have them in the Black Hills serving our community.
Would not recommend, treat people poorly
Very gentle, pain free, friendly care. Honestly pain free root canal. Well done!
Everyone is really nice in the office however if you have a problem and need help with a sensitive tooth after having a root canal don’t count on being able to get an appointment. Three weeks or a waiting list and all they tell you to do is “eat” more ibuprofen or Tylenol or use ice. $2,000 for a root canal with problems afterwards and little help. Very disappointed as a lot of the reviews I read state how accommodating the office is in seeing patients on an urgent basis when twice I have been told they have no availability ... read more
