Got there and the receptionist sounded like she was on the phone with her bestie. “OMG she is such a liar.” Someone from the back came up and asked if I was being taken care of. I appreciate her but she shouldn’t have too. Secondly I was called back up to the desk to be informed that my appointment was canceled. I was supposed to receive a call but did not. it was refreshing to walk into a lobby where I felt welcomed and comfortable almost like I was visiting a friend seriously and when the receptionist help me check in she pulled the chair out for me and pushed it in while I sat down that was the first time in my 58 years of life this has happened everyone I had contact with well we're awesome I had an ultrasound on my carotid artery the examination room was very comfortable the procedure was easy and fast the gal who did the procedure was very helpful with any questions I had... read more
Having a horrible experience. Waiting a week and still not scheduled for mri. It is stressing me. It is a delay of care. No one has been giving me any idea when I will be scheduled Once I was scheduled, I had the best experience. The staff was wonderful. I hate MRIs but not an issue with sedation. Love the staff.
Amazing level of service from schedule to completion. Quality care, delivered from quality people. What I find very comforting to know is that all the people I interacted with are local people that live and work here. Highly recommend them, it is nice to know that we do have other options other than a single provider in the Black Hills for MRI’s.
