We went there because we thought that a professional look at our project would make sure we were selecting the right products. We were wrong. The first time the order for tile and trim tile was delivered, none of the trim tile was correct. A quick review with the manager showed they had ordered the wrong items. He then said he would place the order for the correct trim tiles, and would expedite the delivery since we had to cancel the installation and I should expect delivery by Tuesday (this was a Thursday conversation).
