Everyone listens well and they are easy to approach.
Terrible. Vicki Owen does not listen to her patients, have good communication skills, stay within her boundaries of what she uses to make decisions, or understand how the rest of the world works for referrals and more then scapegoats the patient for how things go with her. She interrupts, is rude and will hang up on you if you tell her not to interrupt you. Big ego on a small town knowledge nurse. She was shown xrays and MRI's and said that was not proof that I had those conditions. Ridiculous. No thank you.
Nurse Practitioner Liz Morris is a wonderful, professional provider and the Black Hills is so fortunate to have her.
Angela Tuzson, is absolutely amazing. She is patient and kind with children, not to mention professional and instinctual. She is everything that you are looking for in a PCP and you will be well taken care of with her! Thank you for providing my 5 year old with excellent care and exceptional patience.
The women running this place really care about you. Ann doesn't just try to put a bandage on your problem, she investigates until she finds a possible solution. GREAT MEDICAL CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
