So I get a certified letter from you saying they will no longer service our furnace or air conditioner because it’s an unsafe working area for your service technicians really? It’s in the attic I can get into it. Where would you like us to place them? Please let us know
Excellent company, They provide America with a much needed resource. The end cost is not a black hills diction, it is adjusted all the way down the way,,,,, and yes bills sucks mine is high by choice!!
When we moved to Torrington we had already had a previous account with Black Hills Energy in Laramie. So we just transferred location of service. Well just over the last few months we have watched our bill just continue to rise and rise. We just compared our February usage to our April usage and it is DOWN 51% according to their website. We even went in and checked our detailed statement. Our usage is drastically lower now and our bill is almost doubling.
