For years I have paid my bill online. Every month, I would go to the Black Hills Website and pay my bill. Now I find that their website is inaccessible. Now I will need to mail in my payment or go to a Krogers' grocery store to pay my bill. I guess maintaining a website is too much for these stable geniuses. They want me to use their "APP", but my phone is too old for that. So I have to spend a bunch of money on a new phone that I can't afford, in order to pay my Gas Bill??!! When you submit a payment it takes 3 to 5 days for them to finally take it out of your account. That's ridiculous and is a huge detriment to so many of us. Why can't it come out immediately? No, it's not the bank. It's Black Hills that's the problem.
Awful customer service and recordkeeping. I set up services to start on the 1st and have a confirmation. Someone at BH set the services to start on the 5th (this was confirmed by a BH rep). My LL was charged the connection fee and service use from 1st-5th. I called customer service, and was assured that the connection fee would be waived and that the remaining balance would be transferred to my account.
