Completely incompetent. How electric companies are not considered a monopoly is beyond me. BHE absolutely uses and abuses the fact you have no choice but to use them. Because they have no chance of going out of the business from how truly terrible they run their company they make no effort to perform well. It's day 3 without power after the land hurricane that hit Cheyenne. My neighbors tree took out my power line. I reported it as soon as he called me on Thursday. It's °15 degrees and snowing and we still have no power or heat. All our food has gone bad and staying warm tonight and tomorrow should be fun. Thanks BHE🤦♀️🤬
