I really enjoyed call tell explain the issue getting logged in my account. As I get told it has to be on my end I should reset all my stuff and try again and that there is nothing wrong on there end. Just to have him come back and tell me they have my name spelling wrong the hole time so I was unable to pay my bill. This technology is a joke. To much disconnect from the people
Ridiculous "delivery" charge. Electricity is supposed to be cheap in WY, but they have figured out a way to stick it to the customer.
Less than one star. I was signed up for budget billing yet somehow that was taken off without my permission. I would like to view my paper statement yet that option has also been taken away on the website. I refuse to download an app if they even have one. Pretty scummy advertisement letter to send people. I have a pretty good reading comprehension but its fairly obvious youre banking on people seeing the "response requested" making them feel like they have to act on something urgently, falling into your trap.
How on earth do you charge for “delivery” of electric and gas. I have never seen a delivery driver bringing my electric to me. I have lived all over the world and have never seen such a deceptive and disgusting business practice. The fact that you have a monopoly on the energy across much of the area is the only reason you’re still in business. It makes me sick that I am required to be a customer. In order to work here they must have a test to make sure you have no moral compass and have no problem stealing.
