Just a terrible money gouging company. Only going to get worse.
Completely incompetent. How electric companies are not considered a monopoly is beyond me. BHE absolutely uses and abuses the fact you have no choice but to use them. Because they have no chance of going out of the business from how truly terrible they run their company they make no effort to perform well.
