Submitted a payment and got a text that it was received even though it wasn't. Now I got a disconnect notice and can't call to pay cause it's a holiday, I'm also not allowed to pay online with my checking account anymore because they put a "cash only" status on my account after they didn't take the payment I submitted. Tell me how that makes sense? Too bad they're the only option for electric in the area, if there was another competing provider they would be out of business in a week. Disgusting business practices.
