I’ve been enrolled in budget billing for a years, ever since I got my first bill of $670. Since my bill has gone up and up, from $190, $290, and now $320. This company is criminal in their monopoly on Pueblo and I cannot wait to call later and have some sorry employee explain how my over $300 bill makes sense for a 800 foot house. I hate this company and cannot wait to pay anyone else for electric. If you choose to work for Blackhills you’re disgusting.
Money HUNGRY company my normal bill has shot up $150 for no reason! Way to monopolize and take advantage of people that don’t have any other choices during these already stressful times. Will be looking into SOLAR ENERGY!!!
If I can rate a zero I would. I move from Denver last year to the springs, and for some strange reason I’m using black hills energy. Forcefully. Have no other choice. Since the beginning starting up services august last year was a headache. I contacted them a month in advanced because we knew we got the place. Purchased a new home. When it was time to pay the bill . I had an account number etc they had nothing in their records so I couldn’t do anything. So we setup a whole new account again. These guys know the monopoly on gas service in Colorado and they take advantage. They shut off my gas because of a leak at the meter and then said I need to have it fixed before I can have hot water again. I wasn't even home at the time. No phone call just shut it off and slid a slip in the door. They charge a fee for service to the meter but they don't service the meter at all. It's crazy. Better off with an electric system.
