We have been black hills customers for many years. Was very satisfied in the beginning. But, their prices keep going up while their services go down. The cut services from you that we didn't know about until we called. Need some other companies to choose from. Competition Is needed. Their story keeps changing, people with such strong accents that it's hard to understand them. BRING IN OTHER COMPANIES AND LET RESIDENTS KNOW
If I could give no stars I would I specifically called because I feel like there's a gas leak and this was an hour ago nobody showed up. I have a daughter and animals and they don't seem to think this is an emergency
BMP X00 white Ford truck. You all should really teach this guy to stop road raging. He was literally mad because I got further ahead on the on-ramp than he did. His little man syndrome is showing! You know what they say. Big truck small D!
