They push you to the website to do things but when you can't put an apartment number into their website, then you have to battle the automated system to get a human on the phone. I had to disconnect today because it took too long trying to use the site and then talking to someone when I had to go. Meh.
Worst company ever. Don't work with you when you are having problems, practice illegal billing and rude and aggressive personnel. If this company blew up, or went bankrupt I would throw a party
I had a run in with Vince Romero through SiteWise, he is wonderful. He is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of service.
Black hills screwes you every chance they get I used less power and my bill went up $40 how does that make sense? We need to vote them off
