The first time I called to set up gas service the representative told me that they "do not support my address in monument!" Then told me to "try excell!" I had called all around the city with 5 different electric companies telling me that black hills is the one that serves my address in monument! I called back up and a new representative tells me they do service my address! Why did the first representative lie to me and tell me my address "doesn't exist!" Electric bills are ridiculous. We barely use any electric and our bills are about 150$-160$ every month. Pueblo should've had a municipal electric company but I guess we like private companies. I cant imagine what our power bill will be this summer, probably over 200$ dollars.
How do yall even want people to pay their damn bill if your website never works.
These guys knew there was a broken valve at the street and didn't tell me. And then wasted my time. Absolutely trash of a company.
