These guys knew there was a broken valve at the street and didn't tell me. And then wasted my time. Absolutely trash of a company.
You have a beautiful building and it's decent size, I know because I drove there to conduct some business with you. However apparently this beautiful spacious building does not offer Customer service. I am your customer and yes you serve me with power, which I pay for. When did customer service go out of service.

I would like to thank Black hills energy for their environmental consciousness. Just off highway 115 near the blue heron lakes there was an osprey building a nest across your power lines. Within a few days I noticed that there is a new power pole that was taller right next to it with a platform above it. Your wonderful company had moved the dangerous situation with the osprey nest and provided a safe place.
