It has been 2 days since the power went out and nobody has fixed it but 2 power company trucks have come in our drive way and not done a thing fix it now plz
Nobody likes utility bills, but these folks always keep my power going. If there is a weather outage, they brave the elements to get my power and heat back on. Cost is cost, but these men are unsung heroes.
I have a customer for over 15 years. Recently I had a banking issue so I was approximately two weeks behind on my payment. I normally pay a month in advance with an amount slight higher than my bill normally is. Yesterday, I received a call from their “collections” saying I was behind and it wasn’t typical for me. DO NOT choose an apartment that uses Black Hills Electric and their company, do your research before renting. This is the absolute worst company, they price gouge, they discriminate and their prices are insanely inflated compared to other utility companies. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
