SCAM ARTISTS. They illegally added gas line coverage to our gas bill for $6/month. This was never presented or agreed to. Check your bill, they probably scammed you too.
Lack of communication, called on Thursday to get gas started. Did not hear anything back and called today (Monday) and they said they will get it in tomorrow maybe. They didn’t send me any email or text about this and only tried to contact me once via phone and did not try to reach out at all any other way even though they have my email on file. Also calling takes a minimum of 10 minutes to talk to an actual person.
