I went in there to get a quote for some janitorial supplies and the woman at the front desk was a bit snooty and cold the instant I walked in. I gave her a list to get a price on and then got a pretty quick response a couple of business days later from a rep with a pretty long laundry list, so that was good. I ended up not buying the products from them because they were WAY overpriced. Across the street the same type of products were nearly half the cost. I guess this company puts in own premium on itself.

Office folks are always pleasant and helpful. Products are good quality, reasonably priced and warehouse will even load them for you. Not sure about the bad reviews. I have always had a good experience. Highly recommend for your chemical needs!

Too hard to park in all those open spaces. Gotta block folks to save time. Sad part of America is putting one before others and this shows it

black Hills chemical has not communicated regarding the returned vacuum. they only send statements. please if you are a new business owner, find another source of supplies. UPDATE- June 2021 I had to report this company to the Attorney General of South Dakota Consumer protection division. If you are a small business owner, Please be very careful with this company. Insist on complete paper trails of what is delivered and returned. Take pictures of serial numbers and force any returns to be documented and both parties receivin... read more
