Worth ever penny. This was such a fun way to enjoy SD. This professional crew made us feel safe before launching with their care and preparations of the balloon. The pilots were awesome. If we ever go back to SD this will definitely be a repeat adventure. To the flight crew -Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience.

My husband and I got to fly with Black Hills Balloons for my 50th birthday. It was awesome. Exhilarating. Amazing. Fun. Personal. Educational. I 100% recommend this adventure. Treat yourself, or buy a gift certificate for someone else. Tell Damien and Mike we sent you.
I decided to take a hot air balloon ride for my 40th birthday. I appreciated that Black Hills balloon cares for safety since it took rescheduling with them 3 times due to high winds before we were able to finally get in the sky. It was certainly worth the wait. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day and experience. Mike was wondering as well as the entire staff that helped us take off and land. I will definitely do this again.
