Excellent rental! Beautiful location and easy access to anything you could want to do in the Black Hills. If you don’t want to do anything, that’s fine too. Just relaxing at the cabin is perfectly acceptable. Could not be more happy with our time there.
The customer service they gave sucked! The woman who I was talking with refused to give me information about booking and checking in-out concerns. Are you sure you like your job ma’am? Please fix out that terrible customer service that your representatives gives!
Terrible service! The customer service is the worst, the woman who I just talked with was so rude, didn’t want to give me information about checking in-out times and key arrengements concerns. Definitely that woman hates her job! Future people booking here, do not book with them because I can assure that they don’t appreciate their customers, please fix those problems! With all this rates, this company is going nowhere…
I will not book with Black Hills Adventure Lodging anymore, The customer service is terrible! The person who attends by call looks like hates their job. I was calling regarding simple things as pets allowance, Key arrangements and responded me like “ Sir, you know what. Book first and then call me because I am tired of your stupid questions that are already answered in the website” Excuse me!? We had a wonderful experience. Great communication, beautiful home, excellent supplies, very very clean! I will definitely rent this home again.
