I was disappointed by the customer service during our rental with this company. We spent over $4,000 on a week-long stay and accidentally left behind a small item. We contacted them right away and offered to cover the full cost of shipping it back. Several days went by with no response. After several attempts to get a response, they finally replied, and acknowledged they had our item and agreed to return it but said they would charge a $100 fee on top of shipping. We booked a stay at the Snow'd Inn home and had a wonderful time! The home had everything we needed as far as cooking went, which was extremely helpful with driving many hours to get there. The rooms were spacious and the dining and living as well, making it accommodating to larger groups of people (we had 11 people). It is a short drive (8-15 mins) into Deadwood where we did most of our activities! Would defiantly recommend and book again! :)
The house was absolutely gorgeous. Our entire family was just in awe. Every day of our stay we had plans to be away all day. It was such a great place to come back to and prepare a meal after a long day. We would definitely recommend to family and friends ❤️
We had a wonderful time! The house is incredible on the inside and surrounded by nature. It was very quiet and relaxing. We saw White Tailed Deer everyday in the backyard! It’s centrally located for all the sites. We want to return with family!
