The Black Hill Farm subdivision unfortunately has fallen stagnant and in some areas, looks like an abandoned wasteland. Unfinished homes sitting empty along with fully finished homes that cannot be sold or leased. An HOA fee through the roof compared to other neighborhoods in the area, and no amenities to show for it, not to mention poor maintenance. Trash from leftover projects is everywhere. Lots of other places to buy a home.
Why the houses are so pricy? Gainesville has nothing to offer from low rating schools to no entertainment options for kids and youth alike. There are few bars in town and plenty of fast food joints..that's about it. There is a zoo that no one goes to. HOA is $750. One house has such a small patio that it can hardly sit two chairs comfortably.
Estuve en este lugar por que mi esposo fue hacer una reparación,el es detallista de cemento,hace cualquier tipo de trabajo con relación a esto. Pero un lugar muy tranquilo para quienes viven aquí.
