BHCS here. I ALWAYS call people back. What a hack, that person is! People have commented, over the past 37 years, "I sure appreciate you calling me back." I have always stayed constant, on returning calls. The reason why people will say that, is because companies are famous for NOT calling back a customer. The above is a pure lie. Look at how many REVIEWS this character has placed. 74! Wow! Somebody is a professional review hack!
I called him about doing some work and he put me on hold twice during our conversation to answer other phone calls ,so I hung up .He didn't feel it was necessary to call me back. So there you go.
Mr Anderson was very nice and informative. Very fair price for the amount of extra work that needed to be done. We will be using Black Hearth again. Very satisfied customer.
