Buyer beware! This company is more than happy to take your money but does not stand behind their guarantee! The “Gold Bond Warranty” they describe on their website is false and nothing but a joke. Absolutely horrific customer service towards grieving family. Disrespectful and offensive. Loved ones deserve the best quality. This company lacks quality on all fronts. Think twice when choosing a “trusted” monument company.
They do not stand behind their products and they have no customer service skills. In fact, my family came away feeling they had been bullied by Lance and Christy who refused to even listen to the problem being presented. Once the sale is done, so are they!!
I commissioned Black Hawk Memorial Company to replace my third great-grandfather's stone. His original stone broke from age and his name was lost. The new stone is black granite and is stunning. The engraving is perfect. Thank you, thank you, Lance and Cindy for your expertise. Stacy and Roosevelt thank you again for setting the stone on June 23, 2017.
