You can always get someone on the phone, they are attentive, answer questions, provide you the help and resources you need. 10/10 as for my experiences with IHS and we’ve been to several different healthcare facilities in the state since we’ve moved so much. Love Black Hawk and their wonderful staff!
I haven’t had the appointment yet but Marliena in patient registration was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!! I felt so “heard”!!! I wish there were more employees that were so helpful and NICE!! I honestly was kinda shocked with this experience that I had to leave a review!! I hope I get to meet her in person!’ As always, the front line employees are the key to a successful enterprise!! She’s doing an excellent job!! Thank you!!
Excellent people with excellent experience and people skills. Very courteous staff. I love their new building it's awesome. Kaye, Greg, Tye, Laurie, Jeanette, many many more excellent staff members I'm sorry to say I can't recall all of them. But Bless them all. They are very very important as well as very helpful. I am Chickasaw and I come here all the time for my medical needs and physical therapy. Truthfully I cannot compliment them enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE WHO QUALIFIES.
