I called the other day with a question I had concerning a bill I received. The operator that answered was less than enthused to be answering the phone and made me feel that I was wasting her time. She then transferred me to Becky, in the billing department, who was very rude. I very politely expressed to her my concerns of the bill I received and she hardly treated me as a person.
