Evan was great, everything was excellent!
Water heater quit working Wednesday morning. I called Black-Haak and spoke with Stephanie. She said they were booked full but she would see what she could do. Then Joey called and saiid he’d see what he could do based on age of water heater. He recommended a new one and would Thursday or Friday be ok. I said yes. Thursday morning I got a call that they’d service us that day. They called. I said I wan’t home but they could enter. By the time I got home they were almost done and cleaning up. Prompt and knowledgeable. They even took care of a small issue they didn’t cause at no charge. I will definitely be using them again for any electrical needs.
Wonderful response time and very friendly and knowledgable technicians, price was also very reasonable! I would absolutely call them again!
